Foundation casting

Battery installation
⒈ When the battery is placed in the control box, handle it gently to prevent smashing the control box;
 The connecting wires between the batteries must be pressed on the battery terminals with bolts and copper gaskets should be used to enhance the conductivity;
⒊ After the output line is connected to the battery, it is forbidden to short circuit under any circumstances to avoid damage to the battery;
⒋ When the output line of the battery is connected to the controller in the utility pole, it must pass through a PVC conduit;
 After the above, check the wiring on the controller side to prevent short circuit. Close the door of the control box after normal
Fixture installation
⒈Fix the components of each part: the sun board is fixed on the sun board bracket,
the lamp head is fixed on the pick arm, and then the bracket and the pick arm are fixed on the main rod,
and the connection line is led to the control box (battery box).
 Before lifting the lamp pole, check whether the fasteners at all parts are firm, the lamp head is installed correctly, and the light source works normally.
Then check whether the system works normally in the simple debugging; loosen the solar panel connection cable on the controller, and the light source works.
 When lifting the main light pole, pay attention to safety precautions; the screws are absolutely tight.
If the angle of the component is deviating from the sun, you need to adjust the sun direction to the south.
⒋ Put the battery into the battery box, and connect the connecting wire to the controller according to the technical requirements; first connect the battery,
then the load, and then the solar panel; be sure to pay attention to the wiring terminals and the terminal terminals marked on the controller when wiring.
If it is connected wrongly, the positive and negative polarities cannot collide and cannot be reversed; otherwise, the controller will be damaged.
⒌ Whether the debugging system works normally; loosen the solar panel connection cable on the controller, the light is on;
connect the solar panel connection cable, the light is off; at the same time,
carefully observe the changes of the indicators on the controller; everything is normal before you can seal the control box.
